Ethan and I have been working on his vocabulary. We work on flashcard and colors almost every day. This fall he was obsessed with apples. It was the latest and greatest thing in his world. Last week I bought some clementine oranges and opened up a whole new world of goodness to him. The only thing is he calls them apples. So, we've been working on saying orange. Here's how our conversations go...
Me (holding up an orange): Ethan, what's this?
E: apple.
Me: No, it's not an apple. What is it?
E. Purple.
Well, at least the colors are sticking. kinda.

Mason loves apples too. All October long he kept calling pumpkins, apples... and I would say, "No, it's a pumpkin not an apple." haha!
