Travis is the Deacon's Quorum leader. This is him and the Deacons at mutual were the boys are supposed to be learning how to swing dance (with girls).
I'm not sure if this is a match made in heaven or a recipe for disaster, but only Travis would come up with teaching them to do 'The Worm' by baiting them with cookies. And only 12 year old boys would be excited about it.
